I forgot to add, if I can lose 6 pounds this month, I will buy myself a new Spark Activity Tracker. I have read all about it today, and I really want one! Motivation... here I come!

Although it is a different year, my October goal is to cut out fast food junk. Pack my lunch for work, and more fruits and veggies.

I hear you about exercising Linda. I never seem to want to do it! Since I was not feeling well myself this week, I decided to do 10 minute increments on my 2 days off. Managed to get in my time even if it took me all day!

With God all things are possible. I will do my best daily to live Gods truth in thought, word, action and deed.

My personal goal for this month is to be able to work out on the elliptical more than 2 times a week. I have succeeded in reaching my goal of being able to do it at all, but now I want to build up my stamina and be able to work out on it 3 times a week and not be in pain.

With God all things are possible. I will do my best daily to live Gods truth in thought, word, action and deed.
