I have a bit of catching up to do! Saturday, I worked a 12 hour shift, I was surprised that I didn't get more steps...got just over 10k...but I was up and standing for my whole shift.
Sunday was better, I had a short 5 hour shift on my feet but ended up with over 10k steps for the day.

horrid weather....high winds, dipping temps and a foot of snow....both gyms closed so did a 20 minute pilates dvd and 20 minutes of strength training using my joe d bands....hopefully back to a gym tomorrow for yoga....
