I have my ups and downs. I seem to gain a pound then lose a pound, but never gain more than I can handle in a day or two. It seems that I am just maintaining. I need to get back on track, but just don't know how to do that.
My daughter is getting married in June 2012 so I am hoping that will motivate me.
My goal right now is to eat healthy and get exercise every day.
