I had strawberries and whipped cream on the side - it was just for my parents and brothers and me, so no one really cared! My mom thought the cracks looked great... but sometimes I wonder about her! (The toppings definitely helped, though!)
I already put this on your page (Amanda), but for everyone reading this post - this cheesecake is AWESOME! Be careful not to overcook the brownies - I used a larger package than called for and it was super thick and maybe a bit dry. Other than that and the Grand Canyon on top, it was soooo good.
I made this yesterday! It is delicious, I cannot believe it is a "lighter" cheesecake... tastes just like the full fat/calorie kind. It is so rich you only need a tiny piece. The only thing is it cracked like crazy on the top :( Maybe there is a trick to keeping your cheesecakes from cracking, but this was the first time I ever made one.
