Monday - The good thing that happened today is ~ setting my goals and finding this great challenge! Tuesday - Met with a friend for dinner and kept my day within my limits. Wednesday - The sun is shining in between the rain.
We can start Monday 7/8. I posted this before and didn't get very many participants...but I'm willing to try it again if your game! The idea is to get in the habit of tracking (even if you go over range), and moving more (even if it's just 10 minutes a day). Who's with me?!?!? We can do it!

Share something great that happened! 7/16 Today I went to a running store and they filmed me walking and jogging on a treadmill. Then they played it back in slow motion and explained what I was doing right, and what I was doing wrong. As a "non-runner" this was very informative and I learned a lot about the importance of correct form. I am excited to start the Couch to 5K program! (But I look hidious running...Yikes! LOL! Someday that will change!)
