My Nov goal was 1800, but I finished the month with 2230...thanks team!!!!
Met 68% of my goal. But, since I was not doing any exercise at all until Oct 26, I am pleased with my result. Lesson for December -- don't skip planned exercise days during week; do some exercise (walking, etc.) while visiting relatives over the holidays.

I was short of my goal by 77 minutes. Aaarggghh! Oh well, next time....
November Goal 1500 Minutes. Been reaching for this number for at least 3 months. Looking forward to meeting it in November.
11/1 - 0 11/2 - 27 11/3 - 87 11/4 - 40, I had intended to go to the gym in the evening for more but life got in the way. Had to pick my son up off the highway after he rear-ended somebody. Thank God nobody was hurt. 11/5 - 40 11/6 - 41 11/7 - 90, spent about 3 hours on a college tour with my son but cut this time in half for the standing around and listening parts of the tour 11/8 - 69 11/9 - 75 11/10 - 67 11/11 - 23 11/12 - 42 11/13 - 0 11/14 - 0 11/15 - 0 Ugghhh, too much going on the last 3 days but I'm heading for the gym after work 11/16 - 38 11/17 - 0 11/18 - 23 11/19 - 40 11/20 - 98 11/21 - 62 11/22 - 0 11/23 - 0 11/24 - 0 11/25 - 0 11/26 - 0 11/27 - 0 11/28 - 0 11/29 - 40 11/30 - 64
966 minutes done, 534 to go. Aaarrrggghhh!!! 4 months running and I have not met my goal. I am going to keep reaching for the 1500 until I accomplish it, though. My goal will remain 1500 for December even with the holidays.

Without the five days off over Thanksgiving I would not have made my goal. I spent the weekend hiking and biking between meals.

I committed to 800 cardio minutes this month. I am not going to make it, however I am not going to kick myself too hard. I have been exercising this month better than ever. Strength training every other day and cardio the other days. 518 so far this month. I will make it to around 625 but not 800.

Hi All.. Goal for November 825 Nov 2 -- 60 mins = 765 left Nov 4 -- 60 mins = 705 left Nov 9 -- 60 mins = 645 left Nov 11 - 60 mins = 585 left Nov 12 - no cardio today still not feeling great but did 1 hour of weight training! Nov 13 - 60 mins = 525 left Nov 16 - 60 mins = 465 left Nov 17 - 30 mins = 435 left Nov 18 - 60 mins = 375 left

Thank God nobody was hurt. 11/5 - 40 11/6 - 41 11/7 - 90, spent about 3 hours on a college tour with my son but cut this time in half for the standing around and listening parts of the tour 11/8 - 69 11/9 - 75 11/10 - 67 11/11 - 23 11/12 - 42 11/13 - 0 11/14 - 0 11/15 - 0 Ugghhh, too much going on the last 3 days but I'm heading for the gym after work 11/16 - 38 11/17 - 0 11/18 - 23 11/19 - 40 11/20 - 98
