With my crazy schedule (I work nights), I'm not real consistent w/ my cardio. So, I'm gonna shoot for 500 minutes, and hopefully I blow that outta the water!!!

November goal 500 minutes

Just started exercise plan week starting Oct 26:

Total to date: 340 minutes (160 to go)

Met 68% of my goal. But, since I was not doing any exercise at all until Oct 26, I am pleased with my result. Lesson for December -- don't skip planned exercise days during week; do some exercise (walking, etc.) while visiting relatives over the holidays.

I committed to 800 cardio minutes this month. I am not going to make it, however I am not going to kick myself too hard. I have been exercising this month better than ever. Strength training every other day and cardio the other days. 518 so far this month. I will make it to around 625 but not 800.

November Goal 1500 Minutes. Been reaching for this number for at least 3 months. Looking forward to meeting it in November.

11/4 - 40, I had intended to go to the gym in the evening for more but life got in the way. Had to pick my son up off the highway after he rear-ended somebody. Thank God nobody was hurt.
