If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit.

Hi and welcome to the team and there are plenty of sites that will help with your eating gluten free. As for menus for gluten free that you will have to make and also you need to be careful of others that might mess with your body so do the food elimination too so that you will know which ones do mess with you too.
