I found this recipe on the blog "Adventures of a Gluten-Free Mom".
3 cans of Tomato Soup
1 can of water (can be omitted if your soup is not condensed)
1 cup milk (optional, I omitted it)
1bl / 16oz Gluten-Free Pasta (Try and look for rings or shapes)
6oz Velveeta Cheese (I used a lactose free cheddar cheese instead)
Cook the pasta as directed, mix the ingredients and serve.
This recipe makes a lot of food. About six bowls full enough to fill up an adult. It really does taste like the canned version, well not entirely, I think it tastes WAY better.
If you have kids that are having a hard time coping with a gluten free diet or if you're just an adult like me that really likes stuff like this, this is a great recipe.
