I know this is an old post, but just wanted to say I recently discovered Trader Joe's frozen GF pancakes & waffles. Both are reasonably priced & taste great. The waffles don't get all mushy when you put your toppings on like Van's tend to do. The pancakes in my opinion taste better when I throw them in the toaster oven vs. the microwave. I also recently tried the Bisquick GF mix for pancakes & was pleasantly surprised-not a fan of the original Bisquick, but these even passed the test with my 9 year old niece!
And no, I don't work for TJ :), but since we have one now in my area, I make a trip out there every couple of weeks or so for a few things that are GF, the price is great, and they taste great. The waffles & pancakes already mentioned, plus they have rice noodle bowls that are so yummy! For $1 it makes a great lunch with some fruit, & they taste so much better than other brands I've tried.
If this hasn't been mentioned already-if you have a Woodman's near you, they also have great prices & variety on GF items. Stock can be hit or miss, but they carry GF pasta that is nearly the same price as regular-I haven't had pasta since I went GF over a year ago until I saw it there.
Don't have a Trader Joe's where I live. The closest one is in South Carolina and I am not driving that far to just get pancakes

If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit. I love their pancakes too! I have made pancakes that taste similar with "Pamelas" Gluten free baking mix and also have made my own from Carol Fenster Cookbook...1000 gluten free recipes! I love putting blueberries or grated apples in them. Yum!

Trader Joes sells delicious gluten/dairy free frozen pancakes. I am looking for a similar recipe. The flours used in order are rice flour, tapicoca flour, soy flour and potato flour. It uses both baking powder and baking soda as well and xanthum gum.
