Michtotman, I use them for making chicken and noodles that we then put over mashed potatoes. I have used them for soup also. Just need a lot more broth. Also I make beef and noodles that I put over the mashed potatoes. Great comfort food and the calories aren't all that bad.
TeddyBearDonna, what did you use the noodles for??? I have really been craving my mom's homemade chicken noodle soup (home-made noodles) and she would go out of her way to make them gluten free if she knew how - would your noodls work in that capacity???
