emoticon For those just starting out or for those who are seasoned cooks - I just want to recommend the website Dotslady recommended a while ago. Many of my menus are based on their recipes ... fast & easy to fix (most under 30 min), slightly lower in price than my previous menus, lots of variety, and they taste delicious! Best of all, the site sign up is free. Here is the web address: www.soscuisine.com ... then click on the choice for gluten free. If you sign up, you have five days of main meal recipe menus weekly with a reminder sent each week to let you know your new ones are on the website.

Thanks to Dotslady for bringing my attention to this great website!

Breakfast: Quinoa porriage with Vanilla Almondilla, 1 Orange.

Lunch: Fish Chowder, GF Biscuits, with Watermelon and Argula Salad with Goat's Cheese.

Dinner: Lettuce, Cucumber and Tomato Salad, Chinese-Style Chicken with Green Beans, Brown Rice, Fresh Peach slices.

Great thread-I am new to gluten free eating and sometimes I just run out of ideas for things to eat. I had rice squares with milk and some prunes for breakfast.

Breakfast: 1/2 Grapefruit/ Yoghurt mixed with 1 T Flax, I T Hemp, and 3 large strawberries.

Dinner: Spinach and Apricot Salad, Pork Roast - 1 slice, Broccoli 1/2 C, Squash 1/2 C, 1 small potato, Fruit Salad made from sliced peaches, kiwi, and blueberries 1/2 cup.

Supper: Mushroom and Veggi Omlete with Brown rice & raspberries.

Dotslady - your luncheon salad sounds wonderful - What and interesting combination onion and avacado with mango - but it sounds delicious.

Mine today (I am trying to be GFCFSFCornF, nightshades free right now. New to nightshades free, and working on getting out additives and caseine foods):

B - 3 scrambled eggs, raspberries (only had 10 left or I'd have had more). Got busy.

snack - nectarine

L - mixed greens, 3oz mango, 1T diced purple onion, 1 avocado

snack - 2 salami slices w/1oz cream cheese

D - going to PF Changs: likely: spinach side, broccoli/chicken entry. I have a hankering for it.
