Hi Everyone. Here is my menu for today: GF
Breakfast: 1/2 Grapefruit/ Yoghurt mixed with 1 T Flax, I T Hemp, and 3 large strawberries.
Dinner: Spinach and Apricot Salad, Pork Roast - 1 slice, Broccoli 1/2 C, Squash 1/2 C, 1 small potato, Fruit Salad made from sliced peaches, kiwi, and blueberries 1/2 cup.
Supper: Mushroom and Veggi Omlete with Brown rice & raspberries.
Dotslady - your luncheon salad sounds wonderful - What and interesting combination onion and avacado with mango - but it sounds delicious.
