B ~ Cottage cheese, flax seed, half a tomato, glass of non fat milk and a cup of cocoa coffee.
L ~ Homemade potato chips, 5 oz of tuna in water, tsp of mayo (not light yet, after I finish this jar switching to the olive oil mayo) some kale and some large cherry tomatoes.
D ~ Homemade spaghetti with hamburger over spaghetti squash, spinach and strawberry salad with homemade balsamic dressing. Some wine too.
S ~ Banana, orange, 1 ounce of cheddar cheese.
