2/3 cup oat flour - homemade
1/3 cup corn starch
1/3 cup almond meal - homemade
2 tbsp flax meal
about 1/4 cup extra garbanzo bean flour because it came out too sticky
1/4 cup spectrum shortening
6 tbsp water
They taste pretty good and are somewhat crisp, but they are a bit crumbly so next time I'm adding xantham gum! I wondered why it wasn't in the recipe to begin with.
It's still yummy with my homemade charoset (mixed processed apples, figs, raisins, almonds, walnuts)
