I don't fry things very often but it would be nice to have for the few occasions that I might like to use it.

I would probably try this, but I don't do much of this type of cooking anymore. Always glad to see new things.

I see one is by my house so I might give it a try if it is not too expensive. I found the best way to fry things is coat in rice flour, dip in egg, and then coat in Mesa (corn) flour that I season myself. Turns out great an no one is aware they are eating gluten free.
