They are a favorite of ours. 2 pancakes, with blueberries and 1 1/2 TBSP of maple syrup (the real stuff), totaled 234 calories, with 31 carbs (20 carbs from the maple syrup!). They are very filling too. Coconut is a great food to satisfy you for a long time. Enjoy!
