Liz, you may not be noticing the symptoms as much. Rye is just as damaging to Celiacs as wheat although visible symptoms may be less. No Celiac/Gluten Intolerant persons should be eating rye. Rye Barley and Wheat all contain the protein gliadin that is damaging to Celiacs. Barb (gf 28 yrs)
Almond flour is a good replacement for milk powder, if you are looking for the protein. Where there is already almond flour in this, you may be able to just do without it. Or try some soy instead. Enjoy!
