(make certain the "add to my favorites" checkbox is checked)

You can also add recipes from SparkRecipes to your meal plan. After adding them to a day, and to your favorites, it is also available for use! (that's the only way I could figure out to add one anyway)

Enjoy~

Once you input something manually it is in your favorites and you can use your favorites list to input your food intake. (I will have to look for the Glutino bread. I have been making my own flax muffins and have seen a recipe for flax bread but have not tried it yet.)

I have noticed that my bread is 110 calories per slice , I use the Glutino flax seed or raisin bread. I just picked up quionoa sp?. I am going to be giving that a try..but i perfer to eat salads for lunch and grilled chicken or fish. I am not one to eat pb j sandwich for lunch...So I guess I will make just that I watch the calorie intake and just manually input my food...thank you for your help..

I input my meal manually, everyday. You can search for the foods, most of them have been input by someone if not add them and share them. just make sure you watch the calories because many of the GF items have alot more calories.
