I googled it and came up with a lot of evaporated cane Juice. I think I would just use more maple syrup.

I just printed this recipe yesterday and thought I would try it. I don't know what evaporated cane sugar is either - is it like karo syrup?

emoticon Hi Everyone. What is evaporated cane sugar? No one here has heard of it! Is it white sugar? Is it a liquid? What can I substitue - more sugar or honey or maple syrup? If I can substitute, how do I do it? Cup for cup? Thanks for any help you can give. The muffins do sound good.
