Tonight's fare: baked halibut and sliced zucchini both w/butter, lemon and Herbes de Provence; leftover Mock Tabouleh and extra parsley (I swear I chew those stems like cud - but I'll do it cause it's good for ya!) or it'll go bad before I make something else with it.

(IliniteTeacher - ROFL - me too! King size bed and books as my partner! I kicked the dog off - she's too hairy *spits hair out of mouth in the morning* - lol - but I miss her because she comforted me when she'd run in her dreams. I think I'll get her hair cut!)

(Montana - the mushrooms sound great! I'd substitute real mayo for me cause I've never cared for the other stuff: we need fats for our brain. I've been low-fat for YEARS and I have a heart problem...my thinking is is cause of the wheat/gluten on top of that: raises insulin. Fats satisfy and you generally don't overeat - esp if a person takes their time eating. JMHExperience so far.)
