Hi! Here is the link to the reciepe for cupcakes. I just replaced the regular flour with the Gluten Free Mama's almond all purpose flour. I'm sure any all purpose GF flour you use will work just fine. I double check all the other ingrediants as well to make sure they're GF. Tip: the cupcakes will feel really moist, as if they're not done all the way even when the toothpick comes out clean. They are done, but very moist! We're having Espresso Rubbed steak, real garlic mashed potatoes and sweet corn. A good glass of white merlot and my GF version of Paula Deen's Red Velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. Not good for the waste, but on V-day, one cupcake is ok right? Happy V Day!
