On iTunes Store, search 'exercise music', select podcasts and there are several podcasts that have tons of free playlists. One is House Music, the other I picked is Motion Traxx. Both podcasts have 30 min to hour and half long playlists. I download so many to my iPod, and they are pretty good.
Most of them give the beats per minute, from walking beats to running, intervals, couch to 5k, etc etc.
SO MANY to choose from. They also have salsa, latino, jazz and much much more.
I won't have to buy new music for a year or more.
It turns out that an eerie type of chaos can lurk just behind a facade of order - and yet, deep inside the chaos lurks an even eerier type of order.
