I do Zumba in a class or the DVDs on days that I don't run. I try to keep my running to 3-4 times per week to prevent injury and overtraining. Zumba is great fun -- for those who are interested in trying it out I'd definitely encourage you to give it a shot!

I have a couple of Jillian Michaels dvds that I do like the yoga meltdown or the no more trouble zones. I want to try out a zumba class and if I like that maybe put that into my workout routines. I mostly try to stick to the workouts that will help keep me toned when I am not running

I lift weights I used to lift 3x a week whole body. However, my legs weren't recovering (nearing 50 yrs) while trying to run more. Now it is 3x a week upper body and I am trying to work up to 16 miles a week running.
I cross-train by swimming a mile and trying to throw biking greater than 7 miles in there too. My goal is a triathalon, so it lends itself to mandatory cross-training. This season, I started out with just running and found my times were almost 4-5 minutes higher than when I am cross-trained and conditioned! It bodes well for changing it up a bit!
I go to martial arts with my 5 year old daughter twice a week. At home, I love my Wii. The FitPlus is okay and really good at motivating, but my favorite program is My Fitness Coach. Its is so variable, I can pick how long and what I want to target, and usually I combine free weights into the program. We walk or bike to school daily, if I can get home from work in time to park the car before I head over...
I try to change it up all the time, videos, Wii games, bike, as well as run on the treadmill, walk the dog, walk around the running track at the gym, and do a walking DVD. I try to walk/run for at least 30 minutes a day.. and then do some sort of cardio besides that Cat
I used to shut the skinny me up with chocolate, now I shut the fat me up with a 4 mile walk
I do water aerobics Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at my local gym. I'm looking to add Zumba to my schedule come March. I love getting my body moving, it's so much fun!

I recently started weight training. My goal is 3xs a week, one day lower body, one day upper body, and one day total body. Core work will be mixed in there also. I have the slim in 6 DVDS and I love her slim in 6 pack and slim in limber (stretch training) workouts. I'll stick to this for a few weeks and see how it goes before I change it up.

What do you do besides run/walk? Lately I've been trying to increase my endurance, so I haven't done a lot of other activity. I did get Denise's Daily Dozen DVD, which has different 12-min exercises for each day of the week. I skip the Mon, Wed and Fri cardio sessions, but I like the Tues lower body/abs, Thurs upper body/abs and the weekend yoga (great for runners...lots of hip/thigh stretches). I also recently discovered Zumba, which I take with two friends on Saturday. I'm planning to add more weights in soon, but for right now I'm just working on my cardio.
