Thanks for the link. I can identify with many of the pitfalls they site. I'm guilty of several of the ones mentioned. Like stress, "emotional" eating, over indulging on the weekends, etc. Like right now. I just got home from work & I'm grabbing leftover pizza & Chinese take-out from last night! I keep trying to eat a little something toward the end of my 12hr shift just so I'm not starving when I get home. Anyway, thanks for the article.
