REMEMBER....You can do one or the other...tracking nutrition or tracking exercises. If you want to do both that's great too.


My calorie range should be between 1,470 -1,820 calories per day.

Calories IN....1707

Calories OUT...1001...treadmill, elliptical and twist plate....total 130 mins

Calories IN.....I will post todays nutriton tomorrow, as I'm still working on this.

This challenge can be done seperately or in combination with each other. This is a great way to visually see how we are doing with Calories IN (food and drinks that we put into our bodies) and Calories OUT (the exercises that we do each day) that will wear calories away. You may want to post your day before results each day.
