I actually don't have a half hour playlist, more like a playlist of like 200 songs on shuffle. I track the bpm of music and have them in a folder that I constantly shift around. But some songs I love from the list include:

Flyleaf - Circle
Kill Hannah - Believer
The Classic Crime - We All Look Elsewhere
Red - Breathe Into Me
Anberlin - Change the World (Lost Ones)
Ivoryline - The Last Words
Evans Blue - Cold (But I'm Still Here)
Red - Hide

I have tons others but these for some reason fit very well for me. It kinda keeps the flow going. And what makes playlists and music work for me is that I need to know the words and feel the song. So I tend to belt out along with the song and feel the emotion in it to make me move faster or work harder.

Anyways...yeah. Lol!

2) Paralyzer - Finger Eleven
3) Next 2 You - Buckcherry
4) Boom - P.O.D.
5) Ladies and Gentlemen - Saliva

I've slowed down to finishing 3 miles between 30 and 45 mins because of my ankles... I took this past week off and have been doing aerobic tapes at home so that I'm at least still doing something. I feel like such a slacker though. and I'm not sure when I'm going to find the time to really start training once I get my ankles stronger. I know cement isn't good for the joints, but I don't know any other place besides Lake Ella that is as convenient and open.

3 miles everyday! THAT is awesome! No wonder your ankles hurt--mine would too, if I did 21 miles a week.
Please be careful, injury will set you back and be discouraging. I would say after you ok everything w/ your Dr., to mix it up a bit, perhaps swim (VERY good for the joints), or do biking to ease your pain & give time to heal. (variety is also good for weight loss!!!)
A 1/2 Marathon is a lofty goal--good luck! I did a 5k last year & it killed me. I am doing another this year with a goal to get under 33 minutes (3.1 miles of course), perhaps a 10K near the year's end, but I am not ready!!! WHat kind of time are you completing the 3 miles a day in?

My dad runs the Disney 1/2 marathon every year in January (but wasn't able to do it this year)... my sister and I are planning on training all of 2008 so that next Jan we can run with him. I've been walking 3mi everyday but have been having problems with my ankles when I pick up the pace... do you have any suggestions?

Since I have started training for a 10k this year, lofty goal, YES, I have been building up to 1/2 hour a day on the stationary bike.

2. Boogie On Reggae Woman-Stevie Wonder
3. Who Ever You Are-Geggy Tah
4. Zoot Suit Riot-Cherry Poppin' Daddies
5. Genious of Love-Tom Tom Club
6. Every Morning-Sugar Ray

What's on your player?
