For this Challenge I had been only "counting it" if it was aerobic exercise. But my husband and I go to a one hour core exercise class twice a week at our gym, and we really work up a sweat, so I'm going to include those workouts, too!

Sometimes it's not easy to get motivated to workout or go to the gym. But when I am finished, I have NEVER once said, "Gee, I wish I didn't do that."

I did c25k 3x this week plus 2 days of wii..... I may try to walk or do stairs or wii tomorrow.... We will see.

I want to thank everyone here for the motivation to start moving. You guys are doing it with your respective schedules..so can I! I started great for 2 weeks but then got really tied up with work - leaving early, getting back really late and not getting enough sleep either. Hence I couldn't wake up at 5am to do exercise. I have 80lbs to lose and I am going to do it this year! Reading about your tracking has fanned my spark that been waning for 2 weeks! THANKS!!!! emoticon

When I started, I was walking 10 minutes a day (1/2 of mile) now as I start my 3rd week I'm walking 20 minutes every day (1 mile). I feel great! Woo Hoo!!

I didn't want to get out of bed a 4:30 this morning to walk on my tread mill but I did and I can feel the energy running through me even now 3 hours later. Exercise is good!

I didn't want to go to the Gym this morning but I did it anyways! And I am glad I did.

Doing it for myself and my family and Dad!

Truly Hate diabeties and what it does to a person if they don't take care of it!

Well I surpass this challenge. I go to the Gym every day Monday-Friday for a hour a day

This is a good challenge to get everyone started with fitness. doesn't matter what kind of exercise it is. go for a walk or get crazy like me and go for a run. the main thing is to get moving.
