I'm at 193. I didn't make my goal but I came close. Yesterday was a first for me. I have been using a smaller dinner plate for a long time now so yesterday was no exception. I put my normal portions on my plate which was a little bit of everything. I could only eat half of the food on my plate. Guess what? For the first time in my life I left a lot of food on my plate and didn't feel guilty in the least. I wasn't miserable and I didn't wake up in the middle of the night feeling sick. I enjoyed my dinner and didn't deny myself anything. Even a small piece if cheesecake.

I wound up gaining 2 pounds finishing at 159.5. I gained 5 pounds last weekend and don't even know how that could have possibly happened. Those pounds were finally beginning to come back off because I was so careful this week so it could have been worse. I was at 162.5 Sunday and Monday.
I have dropped another pound. Not doing as well as I had hoped but there is a lot of stress in my house right now. I am just going to keep plugging away.

I've been so busy that I totally forgot to come back and post my SW and GW.
As of today I am at 157. With Thanksgiving being just over 2 weeks away I am aiming for a 3 poud loss.
Hi it is your start weight and your goal weight not sure what your name is but that is what it is.. i am in i want to keep on loosing and not gain the 10 to 15 that you can over the holidays..

Also, pick an area that you would like to work on. It could be drinking more water, eating more fruits/veggies, increasing exercise - whatever you want.
