Okay little rusty on the challenges so till I get full creative juices flowing again I am gonna keep it simple stupid....This week I think we are gonna focus on goal setting. Not the amount of weight we want to lose, not the exercise, not the water, and not the calories....but setting a goal of doing one thing for us not diet related. My goal for the next week is set a vacation budget that will be easy to stick to...I have to live for the next month and a half of 1500...taking care of Abbie and Me (bills and stuff coming from real account the other money is on a prepaid card) buying the stuff we need and want while in IN, NY, and PA...lets see if I can do this.
