Good luck! We are doing everything low key this year.. Sandwich trays and things like that with the move and hubby's family is doing a reunion 2 days after Xmas so no one is doing fancy dinners. I am going to provide leaner cold cuts and get a pack of 2% cheese slices and get whole grain bread instead of rolls. Also going to load up on veggie toppings.

12/13-12/20:As we prepare for Christmas Dinner plan your menu and include one healthy remake of a classic/traditional family dish.
I plan on doing a remake of pink stuff....a cottage cheese jello salad. It is cottage cheese, jello, cool whip, marchino cherries, pineapple, and madrian oranges all mixed together. If I use light or fat free cool whip, sugar free jello, 2% cottage cheese, pineapple and madrian oranges in light syrup, that should make it all better. But lets see how it tastes...can't wait to let you know.
