This month we normally do a whole bunch of cooking and family activities. The weekly challenges are gonna tie into the monthly challenge and we should have a very successful month. I am even changing the team goals that we track to match. So drum roll please.....This month I challenge all of us to cook healthier but still have the family eat it and not make two meals.
