I tried the oats and eggs breakfast recipe. I used honey the 1st time around. Next time I will make it savory. I was full until lunch time! The baby even ate some! Something different - a little odd sounding, but it was pretty good!!

Awesome....so far I have had only one mistep with spark recipes...cottage pie....I have to try another recipe for it from here. If you liked lats weeks challenge wait for next weeks....again it ties into the monthly goal and it is all streamlined.

I made the NOT-FRIED Shrimp with japanese sauce off of sparkrecipes. Well, I made the shrimp, but not the sauce because NO ONE in my house will eat the wasabi. The shrimp actually turned out fantastic and my kids said it was better than the restaraunt fried shrimp. YAY - they ate it! LOL

This month we normally do a whole bunch of cooking and family activities. The weekly challenges are gonna tie into the monthly challenge and we should have a very successful month. I am even changing the team goals that we track to match. So drum roll please.....This month I challenge all of us to cook healthier but still have the family eat it and not make two meals.
