So how did everyone do with the stress busting challenge? I actually did okay till the day before Thanksgiving. I actually found myself slipping back into old habits with wanting to comfort eat and I stopped myself before I did some major damage. Holidays are hard for me since I lost my mom three years ago so yeah. But I figured it out and got right back on track.

Just saw the challenges! Good topics to help get to the root of some our weight issues - other than just the typical food challenges! I've been getting stressed lately with hubby being away and the possibility of doing my 1st move - what's it called PCSing? I'm new to military life and with 2 kiddos 3 and 1 y/o and being married for 7 yrs prior to becoming military family - and kind of "set in my ways" I'm trying to keep chill and go with the flow. Tomorrow I'm going to church - get my week off to a good start :) and keep my focus on my faith to help me through with my stress...Monday I'm going to go to a bootcamp workout class and get my happy endorphines going!!

We have worked on self image and taking time for ourselves in these weekly challenges. This week we are gonna focus on stress busing before the actual stress of the holidays set in. This week lets try and find a way to relieve stress everyday that does not involve bodily harm or cussing out the idiot or the the thing that is stressing us. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
