Had a blast building myself up this week and I feel great. Yes I still have a long way to go on weight loss, but I am feeling really good about me

So last week we focused on taking time for ourselves....this week we are gonna focus on image. Once a day say something nice about yourself. See how you feel about yourself at the end of the week.
