Not sure about anyone else but I know one of the biggest habits to kick for me is Soda. I have had 4 in last month all but one has been diet. But I wanna get to 30 days no soda....so that is the challenege. I am pretty sure we are all bored with the drink 8 glasses of water and try as hard as we may, just can't do it. So we are gonna try 30 days no soda....good luck!!!
