So for my week one challenge....I spent my time couponing. Looking them up and printing them out and last night I clipped about 200 of them. I actually slept better and just all around felt better taking that 15 to 20 mins a day for me. How did y'all do?

This week is easy....once a day take a break for you. Whether it is a walk around the block, reading a book for a few minutes. Weight Gain does not just come from the food you eat, it also comes from stress in out lives. So a let's take a break....Post about what you did in your break and how you felt after it.
