With the holiday season coming up it can get difficult to stick to your exercise and eating routine so I propose a challenge.
H - Hydrate Drink your water
O - Organize something in your life
L - List the reasons you want to succeed and post it in an obvious location to review daily
I - Invite friends to exercise with you and to hold you accountable for your actions
D - Dance, run, walk, skip, lift weights, stretch--get your exercise in three days a week for at least 30 minutes
A - Apples, oranges, carrots, celery--eat your fruits and veggies!
Y - You are important so take some time for yourself to get a pedicure, massage, take a bath, treat yourself to a movie. Don't forget about YOU!
