So a daily challenge didn't go so well....I just don't make it on sparkpeople daily..So I will post a week's worth and see how that goes :)

Do 3 sets of 10 of each exercise

M: Pushups
T: Situps
W: Calf Raises
R: Reverse Crunch
F: Squats
Weekends are for relaxing!!
