The City of Binghamton recently started construction on the Court Street Gateway project.
This affects an area on the courses (roughly mi 3.75 & 12.5 on HM and mi 2.5 on 5K);

Road marshals can be easily identified by safety green (similar to DOT color) shirts with the Bridge Run logo on them;
The Binghamton Police Department will provide the pace car (motorcycle actually) for the runners;
Jack Sherman Toyota will provide a sag wagon which will follow the last Bridge Run participant to caution drivers of runners/walkers on the road.
Should there be any inclement weather - Bridge Run race officials will make any announcements regarding race status (if necessary) to all local media outlets including radio, television & internet resources
If on the course, runners should listen for air-horns located at water stations indicating a stop to the race, should any severe weather strike.
