Sorry to miss the fun...!
With my big ride on Sunday there were just too many loose ends to wrap up on Saturday...jeez why do we HAVE to go to WORK! There's too much FUN to be had out there!!! :-)

WOW it was a HOT one up there today - especially by the time we got to the run - it was 86 when I finished running. I need to get out there more in the heat.
But it was a great day and many many BC triathlon yellow and green shirts everywhere

My husband I and I will be doing this as a part of a team/relay. We just joined the club in April. It has all levels of participants and many of us beginners. If you've ever thought about trying a tri, check it out even if not the group workouts are GREAT!
