Thanks. I was worried for a second. While I was inconsistent day to day, I averaged 40 (or 42) minutes a day. If I can average 60 minutes a day, I will reach my monthly goal of 1860 minutes this month!

oh no--I put the challenge out for the most beginner In June I think I may work on percentages the 30 min every other day is the MINIMUM challenge
You are doing great! I would not back off--I personally do much more than 30 min every other day; I did two hours today

Congrats to all who took part in the April Challenge.
The minimum recommended for exercise is 30 min a day but we aren't there yet.
In May 30 minutes every other day. You can do at once, or break it down in 15 or 10 minute segments.
For those who added core during April, continue with that.
I will be out of the country most of May so I will not be participating full time.
