Trish, you can log your exercise under my trackers and then under my fitness. This is a team challenge and you can also add your minutes here and then add them to the running team total. On your own personal tracker it will tell you how many calories you burned and you will get points based on how many minutes. Hope this helps. Belinda

Ok, I'm new here. I was looking for a place that we could post our workouts? I guess this is it. So I am to just post how many minutes I workout daily here? Are there any other places to log in exercise?

Heather - Don't get bummed about not having exercise minutes every day. The plan recommends starting exercise about 3 weeks into the program once your body is accustomed to the new "diet". List any activity minutes you have and add them to the team total but don't worry if you don't have actual exercise minutes.
