coach nicole posted about doing a 31 day exercise streak challenge for december. that kind of peaked my interest. i got a fit-bit a week or 2 ago, and have been tracking my walking, I'm waaay less active than I thought I was, so getting in my 10,000 steps a day has been a challenge in itself. usually i end up doing a walk away the pounds dvd before bed to make sure i hit my #s. but that is ok with me, since it's exercise AND i make the 10,000 steps, so 2 challenges done at once with a walking dvd. :)
