Piged out yesterday!! I think I am hungry from being sick. 14 miles today, and my arms are very sore from yesterdays lifting! :) Yea!!!!

Good! I try to follow diet more than work-outs, but I love to work out! Being sick has thrown me. I'm feeling better, but got the call to work today so I'll have to wait until the end of the day to work out. :( Very happy to be working!!!!

Diet = 7 Overall, I followed my plan for the 3 days but Saturday was not so good because I had to miss breakfast and morning snack because I had to do blood works.

Exercise = 10 I did what I planned!

Overall health = 8 Usually my days are busy but I do not allow it to throw me off program!

Diet = 8 I followed my plan for all 3 days. Sat wasn't so great though because I had to miss breakfast and morning sack because I had to do some blood works.

Exercise = 10 I did what I planned!

Overall health = 8 as usual very busy day but did not let it throw me off track.

So I have been busy and tired and sick. But I have followed my diet plan. Today is my husbands actual birthday and I splured on a piece of cake. Other than that I followed my diet today. - 8

I worked and did not exercise at all today. Since I'm still recovering I will cut myself some slack, but I really wanted to lift weigths today so - 6

Overall I feel so much better! - 10 - no excuses tomorrow I will get 13 miles in and lift some weights (unless I do it tonight)

Diet 10 - We went out for hubby's birthday. I knew it would be a high calories day.

Exercise 8 - I did it all, but just feel awful.

Overall 5 - I hate allergy shots and this reaction is draggin me down!!

As for today, I didn't get my run in at all. I'm going to try to do it later, but I feel like yuck! :(

Exercise = 10 I did what I planned!

Overall health = Had a very busy day but did not let it throw me off track.

Ok Today:
Diet: 9 out of 10. I still don't have any fruit! I drank juice, but it's not the same.

Exercise: 5! I started out on my run, but My allergy shot is kicking my butt! I got in 3 miles, not the 13 I planned on. :( I came home and lifted for a bit. Tried to really work upper body, but I think my legs are a little tired! Lol Always the case.

Overall: 6 My allergy shot has reacted badly and I'm swelling all over. I want to hide under the covers and wait until every bit of pollen and dust have left this world! I'm grumpy, tired, and full of grumpiness! It hasn't hurt me diet, I've been working all day and to grumpy to pig out anyway! :)

Good job!!! My day:

Diet - 7 - I forgot to buy fruit and had popcorn as a snack instead. I wound up at a study session and had dinner very late! I had planned on 200 cals for junk and kept it at 230, so this was good.

Exercise - 10 - I set out to run 13 and I ran all 13 miles.

Overall health - 10 - I'm a little tired, but it was a good day.

There are a few of us here now so let's have a challenge.

Here it is:
Everyday for the next 2 weeks check-in here at the end of the day and rate yourself. Everyone fitness and diet goals are different. So, set goals for yourself and on a scale of 1-10 rate how you did for that day.

Diet - did I follow my plan for the day? If it was a cheat day did I eat more than I wanted in 'cheat' calories?

10 - I ate exactly what I wanted and the calorie breakdown was what I had planned!

1 - Bad day! :(

Exercise - Did I make it through my work-out and give it everything I had? If it was a rest day did I opt for the stairs instead of the elevator?

10 - I did what I planned! and took the stairs!

1 - I didn't do the work-out and the elevator is my friend!!!!!1

Overall health - How was my mood?

10 - I feeling good, not at all weighed down by stress or yucky food! :)

1 - That pizza I ate last night is weighing me down, I feel guilty and upset. :(
