There are a few of us here now so let's have a challenge.
Here it is:
Everyday for the next 2 weeks check-in here at the end of the day and rate yourself. Everyone fitness and diet goals are different. So, set goals for yourself and on a scale of 1-10 rate how you did for that day.
Diet - did I follow my plan for the day? If it was a cheat day did I eat more than I wanted in 'cheat' calories?
10 - I ate exactly what I wanted and the calorie breakdown was what I had planned!
1 - Bad day! :(
Exercise - Did I make it through my work-out and give it everything I had? If it was a rest day did I opt for the stairs instead of the elevator?
10 - I did what I planned! and took the stairs!
1 - I didn't do the work-out and the elevator is my friend!!!!!1
Overall health - How was my mood?
10 - I feeling good, not at all weighed down by stress or yucky food! :)
1 - That pizza I ate last night is weighing me down, I feel guilty and upset. :(
Each of is an athlete, some are just in training.
