p.s. I fell down the bottom of some stairs last night and severely twisted my ankle. So NOTHING in the way of exercise for me for a few days or week.

After three days in a row of strength training (plus a little cardio), today was just some Leslie Sansone walking.

My sister actually encouraged me to get it done, so I'm pretty happy about that. Left to my own, I would have totally skipped doing anything today.

NOTE: My ankle and left shoulder are still aggravating me. I think my shoulder is tendonitis.

Well, super great job! I look to you both as the workout person I'd love to become!!! My "sheroes!"

For now, I am having lots of fun bouncing regularly on my recent purchase of a ReboundAIR rebounder. And... I'm doing the Leslie Sansone Walking dvds.

I'm working out a goal plan of doing some cardio boxing---which I'll post soon. I'm excited about it!

Hey guys!! I am back on track!!!!! So good to be back working out after a weeks break. Wont do that again tho cuz harder to get back on track! With that being said.....

I did 3.23 mile jog ( with some intervals in there) on the emoticon AND did P90X Arms and Shoulders....burning a total of 1500 cals!!!

Hi Kim, I do realize when I am burning over 1000 calories, I have to eat around 1600 average to lose m 2 pounds a week. If I don't I stay he same and it totally frustrates me. It just took me too long to figure out the numbers my body likes.

Today, I wen for a nice 80 min walk and this evening I want to get in a Turbo Jam DVD.

Sorry for the delay....been MIA for a moment.... To answer ur ? I need to be eating much more than I do and that is probably my main problem. The way I workout I "should" be eating about 2000 cals. I am trying to do much better becz i dont think that I am losing becz of it. I dont have much left to lose but I still want to see some action.

Today, btw, I did a TF HIIT 20 and Sculpt 30. Those bands workouts are a biache! I rather lift weights!
