FOTOMAKR - I don't play any music, I just used my tv's sounds, haha. And it's true, with rest between jumps (either with other cardio or strength training), we can jump more and do more for our body emoticon

your welcome =) I like it for two reasons. 1. I had been jumping in silence and didn't even think to turn on any music lol. 2. You can jump longer because you have breaks in between for strength training.

Thanks for the link, interesting video! Cari Shoemate showed us how to do jumping rope interval with strength training. I wish she shown the whole workout (from warm up to stretching) instead of demo various ways to jump but it's also good to learn on how to do jumps like heel-tap, toe-tap and the alternate feet jump.

It seems that we've never have montly challenges, so here goes!
#1 emoticon Drink 10 glasses of water
#2 emoticon Increase 50 jumps each week. Say first week you jump 100x, next week should be 150x.
