I use the fitness tracker on here and I track my food through journaling.

I use SP Nuitrition and Fitness trackers but I also keep an Excel spreadsheet to track my daily mileage on my workouts.

I am now using the SP nutrition and fitness trackers on here. I love them. Last April I resigned from WW and so I am no longer counting points. I wanted to learn more and prove that I could lose weight without having to rely on the WW system. I have done so. I've lost 11 lbs since the first of the year sticking to my calorie range on here. I'm very pleased.

The key is just to TRACK! Every BLT (bite, lick or taste).

I'm a pen and paper kinda guy when it come to tracking things. I've been a member of SP for a while but I have just started to use the website. So at the moment it is pen a paper for now and I do have some excel docs that I've made myself to track my weight, exercises and so on.

I am very lucky that I have time to spend several hours on SP everyday. I track everything I eat and my fitness. If I don't track my food, I will just eat and eat and never lose weight. I have to keep myself accountable and know what is left at the end of the day for a snack.

I also track my weight daily to make sure I don't gain too much with fluctuations. It is a challenge to stay positive when weighing every day but, I manage to keep the number on the scale in perspective. I chart my daily weight in a spiral notebook to compare monthly totals and patterns in weight loss.

I also track measurements monthly and log them into my notebook as well as on SP.

I am very visual and like to see everything written out and charted for comparison.

MyFitnessPal is an awesome tool for tracking and very user friendly. Unfortunately, I didn't lose any weight using it, so I have gone back to tracking PP with WW. Whatever works for you and is the most convenient and user friendly. The key is to JUST DO IT!

I track all my fitness in the sparkpeople tracker. I don't like their food tracker as well as the food tracker on MyFitnessPal, so I use their tracker and recipe builder to track my food.

I seem to always be high on protein and sugars. Still analyzing it and trying to figure out how to get within ranges.

Do you track? If so, how much do you pay attention to each nutrient (such as protein, carbs, fats etc)...versus calories only?

Do you track on paper, online or some other way?

Do you have a specific nutrient that you often go over or under on?
