I like to take my walks to the beat of a lot of different kinds of music, from all kinds of genres. As long as they keep me moving at a steady pace and put me in a good mood I'm all for it. My current playlists includes music by: OTEP, SOAD, Larva, Hocico, Aesthetic Perfection, Lolita Komplex, Busta Rhymes, Eminem, ADI, Mathieu Chadid, Cecilia Bartoli and so on. I just love music!
Goal #1: Loose 40lbs by April 30
Status: Motivated and Working Hard
my playlists consist of:
I have to keep it fast paced or else I won't work out that hard.
"You have to believe in yourself when no one else does. That's what makes you a winner." - Venus Williams
"I am who I am today because of the choices I made yesterday." -Eleanor Roosevelt
I don't have my iPod on me right now, but I'll try to build a list and edit it as I go along.
Right now, I can only remember a few of my "go to" songs:
Cherrybomb - The Runaways (Pace is great for warming up)
Ready, Steady, Go - Generation X
Ever Fallen In Love (With Someone You Shouldn't Have) - The Buzzcocks
Pablo Picasso - The Modern Lovers (Great for cooling down)

Does anyone have any special Workout Playlists that they use? I always have my ipod with me when I'm doing cardio, and I love to make up playlists to pump me up. And I'm always looking for new song ideas/work out mixes, so I thought what better idea to have a spot where we can all post songs and/or playlists that pump us up?
Here is one of mine:
1. A New Beginning - Good Charlotte
2. Anna Molly - Incubus
3. Feel So Numb - Rob Zombie
4. Don't Lose Touch - Against Me
5. Spirit of '87 - Rancid
6. Second Solution - Living End
7. Too Much - The Suicide Machines
8. This Could Be Love - Alkaline Trio
9. All The Things She Said - TATU
10. Murder City - Green Day
