I like to take my walks to the beat of a lot of different kinds of music, from all kinds of genres. As long as they keep me moving at a steady pace and put me in a good mood I'm all for it. My current playlists includes music by: OTEP, SOAD, Larva, Hocico, Aesthetic Perfection, Lolita Komplex, Busta Rhymes, Eminem, ADI, Mathieu Chadid, Cecilia Bartoli and so on. I just love music!

Does anyone have any special Workout Playlists that they use? I always have my ipod with me when I'm doing cardio, and I love to make up playlists to pump me up. And I'm always looking for new song ideas/work out mixes, so I thought what better idea to have a spot where we can all post songs and/or playlists that pump us up? Here is one of mine:
