I'll join you on that challenge. I had a bad weekend, and the majority of my overeating was late night with movies!

I don't know if this is the right place for this, but is anyone interested in doing a "No Late Night Eating" challenge with me?

A lot of times I'm not home from the gym until after 8, so even though "No eating after 8pm" SOUNDS good to me, I'm not sure how do-able it is. So, um, how about 9pm? I just know I need to cut out the sitting-in-front-of-the-TV while snacking mindlessly. Even if it IS in my calorie range.

Wow that's awesome! I did 50 today - shifts of ten all on my knees, but its a start. Im going to shoot for 50 more before bed. My crunches are all done for the day, but i will probably do some more to break up the pain of the dreaded pushups tonight :)

I know its pretty brutal but really its the only way to get better!!! I generally do 50 in the morning and 50 in the evening so its broken up. I did the full 100 of each yesterday at one time and it took about 5 minutes. This time last year I was just getting up to around 10 on my knees, this morning I did 25, then 15 then 10 not on my knees.

Feb 13-19- 100 pushups and 100 sit ups/crunches EVERY DAY
If you are not able to do that many pushups do as many as you can and then move onto wall pushups. If you can't do any start with wall pushups. You will be seriously stunned at how fast your strength builds up if you are consistent with them. Now Im not saying do 100 at once. I do sets of 10-20 alternating pushups with sit ups. Ten minutes out of your day.
