nasoyo makes a vegan fat free mayo. the texture and look is a bit off - but i use it when i need it for random recipes like that happy herbivore recipe for tuna

Here is one you can make from one of Neal Barnard's books

Tofu Mayo

8 oz reduced-fat firm silken tofu
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until completely smooth. this will take several minutes. Chill.

I'm not sure how long it keeps in the frig.

Is there a fatfree vegan mayo? What does everyone use as a mayo substitute?
