I think I enjoyed Christmas a little too much this year. I gained a few pounds but I'm working on getting back to where I was before Christmas.

How did you do? Even though I ate sugar, I was able to lose a lb. this month and work out almost every day, even if it was only 10 minutes. Most days, 30 minutes. I have been making a lot of soup lately. Healthy and delicious! Here's to the rest of 2013 and what a great year it was! Linda

My hubby asked me yesterday to help him become more fit. I told him it would entail changing our diets and he agreed. Intend to get down to it and create weekly menus and stick to them. Pre-planning has been my downfall...but I must get my head in the game and think ahead...for both of us.

I am struggling with sugar. 'Tis the season where everyone has sweets and gives sweets. Oye vey!
I have been exercising, however. No weight gain and no loss.
