If you think you cannot go another step, take another step. If you think you cannot drink another glass of water, drink another sip.
If you find it is hard to get going here are some tips for October:
1. Walk for 5 minutes. If that feels good, keep walking.
2. If you feel like reaching for the sugar, ice cream or chocolate... do 5 squats instead
3. If you feel like reaching for the chips, macaroni and cheese, or other fatty food... do 5 pushups instead
4. If you don't want to go to the gym, go anyway.
Keep pushing. Keep eating your veggies. Keep drinking your water. Keep telling yourself that it IS working!
